General – for questions or comments feel free to contact us.

Payment - We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit card. You will receive a PayPal confirmation email once your payment has successfully been processed.

Shipping - We offer USPS Priority Mail (which takes two to three business days) with Delivery Confirmation for all orders within the US and Canada. Please contact us if placing an order outside the US and Canada or if you’d like faster delivery.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. All our accessories and clothing are exclusively handmade personally by us, therefore, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.

Sales Tax – New York residents are required to pay sales taxes on all purchases.

Exchange for Store Credit Only - Purchased items can be exchanged for store credit within 10 days from purchase in unworn, original condition with all tags attached. No exchange, credit or returns on custom made items. Please note that our bathing suits are not ready made.

Collection of Information - We only collect email addresses when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request and to occasionally notify you of new offerings or promotions on our website. All e-mails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings. At PLC Designs we respect your privacy and therefore will never distribute, in any form, your personal information to third parties.

Cookie/Tracking Technology - The site does not use cookie or any tracking technology.

Custom Orders - We will gladly do custom orders. Please email us and tell us what you’d like.
